HQ - Metropolis, as with all other branches of HQ, was designed, planned, & constructed based on the client’s lookbook. The color, tones, simplicity, freshness of the interior environment reflects the brand’s essential offerings to its clients.

This the simplest, & most cost effective brand as compared to IWG’s other co working / serviced office brands such as SPACES & Regus. As a result, value engineering has been incorporated into every aspect of the design, furniture & fittings, as well in total construction while, at the same time, allowing the designer to accomplish his own finishing touches to the end result of achieving the client’s capex on this location.
