Most office reinstatement involves the dismantling of existing partitions, built-in cabinetry and furniture as well as other modifications done to the space. Original ceiling boards that have been retained from space takeover may require replacing if found in a bad condition. Power and data points installed by the tenant need to be dismantled. In some cases, the landlord may request for carpet flooring to be removed before handover.  We provide professional reinstatement.  Our experienced team will communicate directly with the landlord on your behalf to ensure that all deposits are returned in full to the tenant that is completing the lease & looking to exit an office space.
