The EZSQ Tech new office was delivered within the Gaysorn Amarin Building under a tight construction timeline and strict building regulations. All major works were carried out as night-time construction to minimize disruption to other tenants, requiring precise planning and disciplined site management.

All meeting rooms and enclosed spaces were constructed with full soundproofing systems, complying with required acoustic and sound protection standards to ensure speech privacy and user comfort.

The MEP systems were carefully coordinated with the landlord’s engineering team, fully aligned with base building requirements and approval processes. Despite the challenges of limited working hours and complex coordination, the project was completed successfully, delivering a modern, high-performance workplace that meets both tenant and landlord standards.
