The Ford Training Center and Call Center Office project presented significant challenges, requiring the complete development of both interior and exterior spaces from an empty site within a highly compressed timeline. The project scope covered architectural enhancement, interior decoration, façade window installation, and the construction of public toilet facilities.

A key complexity was the close coordination required with the design and regional teams from Ford USA, ensuring compliance with global standards while adapting to local conditions. The project was executed during the COVID-19 pandemic, which added constraints related to workforce management, material logistics, and on-site safety protocols.

Additional technical challenges included the installation of interior decorative elements in high-ceiling areas, demanding precise planning, specialized equipment, and strict safety control. Despite these constraints, the team successfully delivered a functional, modern, and brand-aligned facility that meets Ford’s operational and aesthetic requirements.
