The construction team was responsible for selecting locally available materials in Thailand while strictly maintaining the original design intent.

Key elements, including stone flooring and exposed ceiling systems, were executed under tight timelines while the building was still under construction. This required disciplined project management, precise workmanship, and rigorous quality control.

In addition, the team successfully coordinated international furniture logistics from China, ensuring clear communication and timely installation. The completed workspace meets Servcorp’s global standards, reflecting a seamless collaboration between an international design team and a professional construction team in Thailand.
