A comprehensive renovation of the Rockefeller Foundation office in Bangkok, undertaken after more than 25 years of operation. The project transformed the interior from a traditional Thai style into a contemporary Modern Thai concept, enhancing functionality, aesthetics, and overall workplace performance.

The scope included interior renovation, rooftop improvement works, installation of new ceramic tile flooring to introduce a refreshed color palette, upgraded public toilet facilities, and interior fit-out with long lead-time and sustainable materials. The use of sustainable materials involved complex implementation processes and close coordination with the design team to meet environmental standards while maintaining design quality.

Key challenges included construction sequencing, procurement lead-time management, detailed installation works, and strict safety control for outdoor and rooftop activities. The project was successfully delivered with a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, safety, and design integrity, resulting in a modern office environment aligned with international standards.
